The PF 300 Flow Gel is formulated with a 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio to aid carbohydrate uptake. If you're someone who hasn't gotten on well with gels previously, give ours a try, we'll eat a flip-flop if you're not pleasantly surprised!
Plan your hydration separately with PH 1000 or PH 1500, choosing the strength to suit your sweat losses.

Precision's gel system is deliberately easy to count: 300g in the full pouch. During prolonged exercise, consuming carbohydrate supplies working muscle with an external fuel source and helps reduce reliance on finite stored carbohydrate.
Modern endurance fuelling often uses a combination of glucose and fructose because they use partly different intestinal transport pathways. That becomes especially relevant as hourly carbohydrate targets rise. The resealable format lets you meter that carbohydrate across multiple servings.
The useful science isn't that gel is special goo. It's that carbohydrate intake can be planned, practised and measured — which is far better than waiting until kilometre 34 to remember food exists.

The PF 300 Flow Gel enables you to easily decant 300g of carb into a single bottle or flask. That's equivalent to 10 x PF 30 Gels, or a little over 3 x PF 90 Gels.
It's been developed to flow more freely than our standard gel, so there's no need to add any water. Simply decant it into your bottle and sip on it as required to hit your numbers.
Flow Gel works best with a Flow Bottle or Flow Flask. Use the graduated scale on the side to easily track how much fuel you're taking in. We tested hundreds of bottles and flasks to find the one with the best flow.
Top tip: rinse your bottle or flask with water BEFORE filling with gel for optimal flow.
