Shipping Policy – Fast Australia-Wide Dispatch | Crewed


We dispatch orders faster than you can run a half marathon.

All orders are packed, sealed, and handed to Australia Post within 60 minutes (during business hours). Orders ship from Australia, include full tracking, and typically arrive within 1-4 business days depending on your location. Fast dispatch, clear communication, zero guesswork.

 

 


Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed during business hours are processed and dispatched within 60 minutes.

Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide.

International shipping is coming — if you’re overseas and keen, reach out and we’ll let you know when it’s live.


Delivery Timeframes (Australia)

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary slightly based on location and network demand.

  • Metro areas: 1–4 business days

  • Regional areas: 2–5 business days

  • Remote locations: 3-5+ business days


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

Any free-shipping thresholds or promotions will be clearly displayed on the website at the time of purchase.


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow it from our hands to your door.

If tracking hasn’t updated within 24 hours, contact us and we’ll look into it immediately.


Delays & Carrier Issues

While we dispatch fast, delivery times are ultimately controlled by the carrier. Delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier network congestion

  • Extreme weather events

  • Peak periods (sales, public holidays)

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, get in touch and we’ll help resolve it.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
