Each Sap sachet provides a measured carbohydrate portion from organic maple syrup: one gel provides 27g, two provide 54g and three provide 81g. Count gels alongside the carbohydrate in your drinks and other food.
A short ingredient list does not guarantee that a gel will suit every stomach. Practise with your chosen flavour and intake during training before race day. The added sodium in Lemon + Salt, Salted Caramel and Coffee should be counted within your wider hydration plan.

Take one sachet before or during exercise. For longer sessions, Maple Movement recommends one to three sachets per hour depending on intensity (27–81g carbohydrate). Adjust your intake to your practised fuelling plan and include carbohydrate from drinks and other food. Plan hydration separately. Dispose of packaging responsibly.
