CREWED Returns & Refund Policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
At CREWED Endurance, we take care to ensure products are accurately described, appropriately handled and dispatched in good condition.
This policy applies to purchases made through CREWED and is intended to operate alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Change of mind
CREWED does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges where you have simply changed your mind, ordered the incorrect product or quantity, found the product cheaper elsewhere, decided you no longer want or need the product, or do not like the taste, flavour, texture or other personal characteristics of a product.
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Nutrition, food and consumable products
For health, hygiene and product-integrity reasons, nutrition, hydration, supplements, food products and other consumable products cannot be returned or exchanged simply because they have been opened, used, unwanted or incorrectly ordered.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where a product is faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not as described or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If you believe an item supplied by CREWED is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect or does not match its description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and, where reasonably required to assess the claim, photographs of the product, packaging and/or damage.
CREWED may reasonably assess the product and the circumstances of the claim before determining the appropriate remedy. The remedy available will depend on the circumstances and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The ACCC confirms that businesses have a right to assess a product before providing a remedy. Where a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. Where the problem is minor, CREWED may choose to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. ACCC
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us promptly and retain the product, shipping carton and packaging while we assess the issue.
Photographs may be requested so that we can determine the extent and cause of the damage and, where appropriate, raise the matter with the delivery carrier.
Returns
Please contact CREWED before sending any product back.
Where a return is required because the product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, CREWED will provide instructions for returning the product and will meet any obligations relating to reasonable return costs required by Australian Consumer Law.
Products returned without prior contact may experience delays while the return is identified and assessed.
Refunds
Where a refund is required or agreed to, it will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times after CREWED issues a refund may vary depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Original delivery charges and return shipping costs are not refundable for circumstances where CREWED is not legally required to provide a remedy.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. ACCC
