Product Description
Affectionately known as the “Jumbo Gel”, we put 3 servings of our popular PF 30 Gel in a pouch with a resealable cap to create a more efficient way for you to hit your numbers. It’s the same mild-tasting gel, but delivered in a format that’s easier to carry and use.
Plan your hydration separately with PH 1000 or PH 1500, choosing the strength to suit your sweat losses.

The Science
The Science
CARBOHYDRATE, MEASURED PROPERLY.
Precision's gel system is deliberately easy to count: 90g per pouch. During prolonged exercise, consuming carbohydrate supplies working muscle with an external fuel source and helps reduce reliance on finite stored carbohydrate.
Modern endurance fuelling often uses a combination of glucose and fructose because they use partly different intestinal transport pathways. That becomes especially relevant as hourly carbohydrate targets rise. The resealable pouch is designed to be taken in multiple portions rather than treated like one heroic mouthful.
The useful science isn't that gel is special goo. It's that carbohydrate intake can be planned, practised and measured — which is far better than waiting until kilometre 34 to remember food exists.
Your stomach doesn't own a calculator. Fortunately, the packet does.
How To Use
How To Use
Consume gradually throughout training or racing to support consistent carbohydrate delivery and maintain energy availability. Intake requirements vary between athletes and exercise intensity, but energy gels are commonly used alongside a broader fueling strategy targeting carbohydrate intake per hour.
Dispose of packaging responsibly after use.

PF 90 Energy Gel is designed to deliver a large amount of carbohydrate in an easy-to-carry pouch for longer endurance training and racing.
How much carbohydrate does PF 90 provide?
Each pouch provides 90g of carbohydrate, making it easy to track your carbohydrate intake during longer sessions and races.
How is PF 90 different from PF 30 Energy Gel?
